COVID-19 SAFE TRAVELS - 2022 Update

To Our Valued Guests during Challenging Times

From our early beginnings to the present day, the health and safety of our guests and our hotel family have always been our highest priority. We feel it is important to share the actions we have taken and continue to observe throughout the virus' surges in response to COVID-19 and its variants. 

We have made the following changes to ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Changed office hours -   Check-in hours are from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.. PLEASE CALL US TO ARRANGE YOUR CHECK-IN TIME AND CONTACT INFORMATION.  Check-out time remains by 11:00 a.m.  Late check-ins can be accommodated with prior notice.

  • In order to limit the business interaction time between our guests and hosts, we have adjusted our check-in procedures.  Payments and receipts will be processed prior to your arrival.  Upon your arrival, we will verify the credit card submitted for your reservation guarantee and payment transaction.  We ask that all registered guest provide their current address, contact information, and anticipated arrival time when making their reservation or PRIOR to their arrival date.  
  • Our Hospitality Room will offer GRAB-and-GO items, breakfast, and snack items. Social Distancing in the Hospitality Room is highly incouraged. Free masks are available in the Hospitality Room and in the Office.
  • Touch-free hand sanitizers are available in all common areas.
  • Increased frequency of cleaning of our areas of high contact.
    • Hosts and Housekeepers are wiping down counters, keys, and check-in items with disinfectant after each guest. 
    • In addition to our regular guest room cleaning in between guests, Housekeeping staff are sanitizing all doorknobs and handles inside and outside, light switches, fridge and microwaves, remote controls, clocks, hairdryers, coffee machines, and all other touched surfaces in all guest rooms.
    • Housekeeping services for stays less than 4 nights will be limited to trash collection and replenishment of consumable amenities and towels upon request only. 

Best Practices

In addition to CDC-recommended cleaning standards, our Inn Team is observing best practices in virus prevention, including the wearing of masks for your protection. We ask that guests please also wear masks and/or maintain a safe distance when interacting with our Inn Team.  

MOST IMPORTANTLY

We ask that you please stay home and cancel or postpone your reservation with us if you are ill, have been in contact with person(s) who have the virus, exhibit any coronavirus symptoms yourself, or have tested positive for the virus.  

CANCELLATIONS

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITH PRIOR NOTICE AND WITHOUT CANCELLATION PENALTIES AS CDC AND LOCAL PUBLIC HEALTH AUTHORITIES MAY WARRANT.
